I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impressive with staff making sure my room was always spotless. Transportation was easy with a trolleybus station nearby and the hotel is conveniently close to the subway station. Location is great and not far from the city center. Breakfast was good and the staff, who mostly spoke English, were very friendly and accommodating to my needs.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Apart from the hotel's location a little far from the metro, it exceeded our expectations. the room was perfectly clean and new bottles of water were provided daily. the breakfast served was excellent for Russian standards. the staff's kindness and helpfulness made our stay even better. We were also pleased to find a supermarket and pharmacy nearby.

The staff's attitude was not always polite and accommodating. Even though we booked a room for four people, the sleeping place for kids was not prepared and we had to do it ourselves.
